While some elements like cladding and flooring might be indicated, they are not yet specified or detailed enough to build. At this point, we can provide concept pricing. We’ll make several assumptions to create a budget for you, ensuring nothing is set in stone maintaining your freedom to create this home unique to you.

This budget gives us the confidence to proceed to the next stage, tailoring your build with minimal time implications. It’s crucial to do this before the plans are fully developed, as it can save a lot of time and potential setbacks.
