Marsden Cove, Northland

Like being on holiday at home, this Balinese inspired resort-style home build at Marsden Cove in Northland is nothing short of breathtaking. Designed by Hulena Architects, the new build is positioned on the Marsden Cove canal and boasts an impressive combination of high spec materials and building techniques. 

An award winning home, the build was named a Gold Reserve Finalist in the 2018 Auckland Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition and won a Gold Award in the New Home over $2million category. The home boasts a beautiful open plan living space with a seven metre raking ceiling, enormous stacker sliding doors. The outdoor area has a sweeping alfresco space overlooking palm trees and the canal.

The OTC team worked alongside the client, literally, every step of the way. He was involved on site from the beginning of the build, contributing to his dream home through tying steel, painting fences and everything in between.
