Nicole Butturini

Nicole grew up in Northland, studied accounting at Lincoln University, and went on to build a career that took her from the finance team at Whangārei District Council, to major international events in London, to thought-leading Brand Strategy & Design agencies in Auckland. She’s a Chartered Accountant by trade, but has always been just as interested in the people and businesses behind the numbers, as the numbers themselves.

When she and her husband Rory decided to move back home to raise their two young girls close to family and the place they both love, joining a business with values like OTC was an intentional decision. A business that genuinely cares about people and does things for the better, not just the bottom line, is exactly the kind of place Nicole wanted to be.

She loves being part of the client journey from the financial side, and firmly believes that investing in good people, smart systems, and a mindset of continuous improvement doesn’t just make a business run more successfully, it makes the whole experience better for clients too. When everything behind the scenes is working well, the focus can stay exactly where it should be: building something special.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find her out in the Northland sunshine, exploring the outdoors, enjoying great food, and making memories with her family in their little corner of paradise.
