Tyler Flannagan

Tyler joined Oliver Tuck Construction in 2020 as an apprentice builder, developing strong practical experience across residential projects before moving into the office in 2025 as a Project Assistant. His time on the tools gives him firsthand insight into the operational demands of residential construction.

Before construction, Tyler spent three years as an Assistant Finance Manager in Dargaville. That financial background, combined with experience running his own business, supports his structured approach to project coordination, particularly in budgeting, data tracking, and maintaining clear visibility across project performance.

With both site and financial experience, Tyler brings a balanced perspective to project delivery, strengthening the connection between programme, cost, and on-site performance.
